Product Overview
This M5 size 12 mm long dog point set screw is used to secure an object within or against another object, normally without using a nut. This Fastener/Screw can be used directly into a tapped holes (without nuts). This screw comes with a dog point tip which is an 2.7 mm protruding tip with a flat surface that opposes the hex drive. This set screw is made up of AISI 304 grade stainless steel which gives it good rust-corrosion resistance. The material of the screw and metric size threads ensures good strength and load bearing capabilities. The screw has M5 size thread and comes with a hexagonal socket head drive. These screws are compatible to be used in the assemblies of GE's Giraffe Incubator and Giraffe Omnibed Maternal-Infant Care systems.
