Product Overview

The Assembly Software Application Encore v14.1 is one of the parts of Encore Software Crus, which is in the Prodigy3-9, DPX-NTB-E, Bravo and iDXA1-2 bone densitometer. The X-ray bone densitometer is used to estimate of bone mineral density at various anatomical sites, like spine, femur, total body, and forearm and is used to assess the relative fracture risk based on the patient's T-score value using the categories of fracture risk defined by the World Health Organization (WHO). The X-ray, bone densitometer consists of a scan arm, X-ray source assembly, and exam table. The X ray source assembly and other electronics are contained inside the scanner table. The laser light is emitted from an aperture that is placed on the scanner arm. The control panel is located on the scanner arm. The Assembly Software Application Encore v14.1 is compatible with the OS of Windows XP and Windows 7 (32-bit). It consists of three software applications, enCORE and disk v14.1. Each disk consists of CD-R, sleeve CD-ROM and Artwork on the enCORE disk. It is used to estimate body composition and skeletal health.
